60 Minute Session
My standard service is a 60 minute session. We will check in on what has been working since our last session, what needs tweaking, and what else you need help with. There are no boundaries to what we are working on and you can book as many or as few sessions as you like, at any pace.
Pack of 5 – $400 – save $50
Sessions in a pack are valid for 90 days from purchase.
Session notes and accountability check-ins are not included.
Monthly Subscription – $300
Four Sessions per month on a reoccurring schedule and Auto Pay. Your day and time will be blocked off for you. Daily and Weekly accountability by text or email and full session notes are included. Available only on Weekdays.
For months with a fifth week, a fifth session can be added for $75. All sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hour notice.

Introduction to ADHD
90 Minute Consultation
This is perfect for those who are looking at getting a diagnosis or have been recently diagnosed but have not done a deep dive into the world of ADHD. I can help you understand what ADHD is and what it is not, and what treatments are available and which are evidence-based.
If you struggle to make it through a whole book, this is a great start for you. It is all of the essential information collected and delivered to you and a chance to ask every question you have.

3-60 Minute Sessions
If you need to build skills around how to organize your life or manage tasks, this is the right track for you.
We meet once a week for a minimum of four weeks to fine-tune a plan for you.
This track includes a reading list, daily activities, resources and check-ins during the four weeks, plus four additional weekly check-ins after your track.
Goal Setting and Achieving

4-30 Min Check-Ins
This track is specifically built for learning how to set and achieve goals. We will first work together to identify and quantify your goal and then set up your SMART goal path of smaller, time-bound achievements.
This track includes four shorter accountability check-ins based on your plan timeline.
Smaller goals may have a month-long timeline and larger goals may be stretched out up-to a year.
